Min. Qualification: ‘O’ Level

FOR JUNIOR: No experience required. Training provided.

FOR SENIOR: at least 2 years of related working experience with proven track record.

Excellent communication skills and sales orientated.

Preferably bilingual English and Mandarin to liaise effectively with Mandarin speaking clients.

SKILLS: Microsoft Office & Sketch Up (or likes) preferred.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Develop creative and well thought ideas and design solutions
– Produce day-to-day project drawing progressing and planning schedule
– Produce necessary presentation materials to sell interesting ideas to clients
– Ensure all design changes and solutions are well coordinated & implemented
– Prepare quotation based on proposed design
– Lead and guide the Junior Designers
– Coordinate with all level staffs and other trades for smooth flow of project
– Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Able to speak English and Mandarin as to liaise with Mandarin speaking parties

Excellent interpersonal skills and self-motivation

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Coordinate and manage renovation and interior design projects
– Prepare and planning project construction schedule and work activities
– Check and analyses drawing, authority requirements and tender specifications
– Coordinate with contractors and other trades for the smooth flow of project
– Prepare and monitor project material submissions
– Monitor project progress and ensure projects complete on time
